We are extremely grateful to you for the un-believable service you provided. Death of our beloved son has been the most traumatic event in our whole life. Some of the congregation had been wondering whether you are a relative because of the compassion you displayed to us. We still cannot believe that a professional is capable of sharing our grief to the extent you did. Almost every businessman would start with a low quote and keep adding to the price where as you did exactly the opposite and brought the price down when I had already accepted your quote and provided additional service that was not in the quote.
