Our caring staff will be there to assistance during this time and are available 24/7 on 1300 ETERNITY (1300 383 764) Our initial meeting is called "the arrangement conference" and can take place in the privacy and comfort of your home or place of your choice and convenience. During this meeting our caring funeral consultant will assist you decide on all the many important aspects of the funeral. There will also be a need to complete a number of legal forms. The duration of the arrangement conference will depend on you and our consultant will be prepared to spend as much time as is necessary to ensure that all the final wishes of your loved one have been fulfilled. During the meeting, we record the decisions and choices made in a contract, and other documents, and leave you with a detailed estimate of the costs and disbursements associated with the funeral.
